Returns / Exchanges / Shipping

For Jewelry:

All Realm and Reason jewelry is handmade and one-of-a-kind. All sales are considered final unless there are extenuating circumstances. Buyer is responsible for the wear and tear of their item - please keep in mind that most crystal specimens are one-of-a-kind and cannot be repaired/replaced. Please be sure to read the FAQ + CARE information. 

Exchanges may be given if requested no more than three days after delivery. Buyer is responsible for postage cost to send the item back.

No returns/exchanges will be given for custom items, international orders, or sale items.

Jewelry is shipped via USPS 1- 3 business days after purchase and is insured. Realm and Reason is not responsible for the item after it is picked up by USPS.

International Orders: Buyer is responsible for any customs/import fees. Tracking does not always continue after the item has left the USA.

All Other Items:

Please contact us at realm.and.reason@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery to discuss a return or exchange. 

No returns/exchanges will be given to any apothecary/personal items, international orders, or sale items. All items must return back to us in new, unworn/unused condition will all tags or packaging attached.

International Orders: Buyer is responsible for any customs/import fees. Tracking does not always continue after the item has left the USA.
