This necklace is made with an ammonite fossil and a flashy australian boulder opal doublet. The copper goes just around the edges so the back of the fossil is also exposed. This ammonite has some natural druzy crystal caves on the face
Ammonites were shelled cephalopods that died out about 66 million years ago.
The pendant is about 1.5 inches long and the chain about 18 inches long.
